They were unable to fix the problem. Ralph the manager was a jerk,condescending and wanted to put the problem on me. Operator 100 Matt was helpful and offered for me to call him back and ask for him. I fixed the problem myself and will probably find some other ISP because of the service and lack of competence at BASICISP.

I am going to recommend this to anyone who is considering AOL,Net zero or Juno as an Internet Service Provider). over all I think Basic ISP is great.
