550 Access was ok back in May when I got it. But as of Monday August 11 when I went to use it again it went down hill. Some of the access numbers would not connect. They would dial in but would not get passed the dialing in part. My best guess the servers were down. It is not working today either only some numbers. I will be leaving 550 access as soon as I can. I think I will go to go back to Peoplepc.

To top it all, at normal work hours, it is almost impossible to sign on... it take several attempts. Access only get good after 09:00 pm. I am looking for a new internet provider.
