Very good bandwidth and customer service. I can download 3.5 - 4 kbps and upload about the same, and no proprietary software is required. I was leery about tying another cut-rate ISP but the first month is a buck and there's no commitment. I expected to have to pay $20 a month to get this level of service. Excellent value!!
This service is reliable and effective for moderate browsing. My specific dislikes: 1. Their proprietary connection software ,which is required, does not support internet connection sharing. 2. Bandwidth is limited; the best download speed I get is 2.6k per second, upload speed is usually limited to 1.5kps. browsing is slower than I like.
