I have been a customer for awhile with Basicisp.net I had a problem with setting up my basicisp on a new computer.I talk to serveral operators 121,209,201,and 100. They were unable to fix the problem. Ralph the manager was a jerk,condescending and wanted to put the problem on me. Operator 100 Matt was helpful and offered for me to call him back and ask for him. I fixed the problem myself and will probably find some other ISP because of the service and lack of competence at BASICISP. |
