I do not understand how the stars work. My last comments resulted in a 3-star rating despite: Price=Excellent Speed=OK Support= Terrible Satisfaction=Terrible How does this result in 3 stars?
A few days after signing up and asking for extra storage for my new email acct, all my email just disappeared. I called tech support about it, but noone has contacted me as to what happened. I am still very scared that I have made a very bad mistake in selecting COPPER. Your company has now made two mistakes and not dealing with either.
