Comments |
Read a few reviews and decided to try Toast isp. 1 month later, not pleased. I encountered more drop calls imaginable. No wonder customer service requested annual payment via personal check. If, I'm able to find a better isp, Toast will be canceled. |

Comments I used ISP.com for 4 months & reluctantly switched to 768kbps DSL. After the 1 year DSL expiration, I switched back to ISP.com (no taxes, surcharges,etc). After 8 months of decent service, I began having problems with the connection(very slow or it would just freeze). The accelerated speed is the same as basic(save your money). When I called customer service 3 times over a 4 month period (1-an air head; 2-extremely helpful; 3-a complete jack***), I decided to try DSL again. What a mistake! Yes, I stayed with ISP.com for an additional 6 months and finally canceled service. Refund sent promptly.
If, I do not find a suitable isp (dropped connection),I may sign-up again or shut-down the PC completely! |
