Excellent with local dialup numbers. 800 number service is very poor. Customer help is terrible. Only thing they tell me is to take computer to a computer tech.No attempt made to work with me to adjust settings on my browser, which they claim is the problem. Have tried with 2 other computers (in Florida) and connect problem with all. Seems that their server is way overloaded on the 800 number. |
