Basic isp is the fastest dial-up internet I have used. (I have tried netzero at&t world net and juno turbo) and none of them were as fast as Basic isp. Plus Basic isp will handle my big downloads and big photos unlike the other isp's I named. I highly recommend Basic isp as your first or next isp.
