very slow connection, and at least once a week the service would go out. When I terminated service they wanted a fax. I sent a fax and they charged my credit card the next month. I called them up and they said they did not get the fax even though they had a record of me calling to cancel and I had a receipt from the fax. They would not refund me my money for something I didn't use for 3 months. Report them to the Attorney General |
