Great service. Very good value for the price. I saw the reviews saying things about "limited hours". Turns out you'd have to have your computer connected like 10 hours a day for two or three weeks straight before they would say anything. If you're dialed up for that long, I wouldn't blame them for dropping you! Great customer service too- you can talk to someone in the US, which is refreshing. I get no disconnects (although disconnects are usually due to cruddy phone lines, not the ISP), and the connections are pretty speedy. I see they have DSL now, so I'm probably going to look into that soon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! |
