Stay away from PeoplePC! After only 3 months using this ISP, I now cannot connect to the Internet or reinstall the software they had sent us. When I called the $1.95 per minute customer support line (that's supposed to be available 24/7), no one picked up and after being on hold for almost 10 minutes, I got a voicemail message instead. They finally e-mailed me back with a standard reply that proved no help at all, seeing as I told them I couldn't connect to the Internet and the customer service rep. told me to fix the problem by connecting to the Internet. Bottom line: PeoplePC is not worth the money you might save. |
