Apparently the "insanely great" support must only come when you own a bussines because as an individual it sucks. I've waited up to 45 minutes for someone (never had this with Pro-ns). Since I work 8:30-5PM I still can't get someone to call back in the evenings therefore I don't get the support I need. Also, with Pro-ns I NEVER had "spam mail" but I get tons of it every day now.
Please tell me why I would want to refer a friend or enemy to this IP server? This is my 2nd letter and I'll repeat my request. I want to know how to get hold of Mike from Pro-ns. I would like to tell him how much this new service stinks and ask "why" he mereged with IPHouse. I realize this is a holiday weekend (I'm a veteran) and of course your office is closed! Didn't have that problem either with Pro-ns.
The only Good thing about IP House is the price but I would rather pay more to get better service.
I am not a happy camper about this merge.

Prior to your company taking over I had NO spam mail. No I get several a day directly and NOT from your MailFoundry.
If this continues I will be forced to find another internet service. In addition, I will no longer refer customers to your service.
Also, it was much easier to find what you were looking for on the Pro-ns.net website.
Please let Mike know I wish he would take back his services.
