I sometimes have trouble connecting? If you have been able to connect before and suddenly find that you can't, the first thing that you should try is resetting your modem. If your modem is external, you can simply turn it off and on again. If you modem is internal, you have to shut your computer down then boot it. This should be the first thing you try if your computer cannot
