setup, things work pretty much like they do on a normal LAN (with internet access), except that the "gateway" to the internet (the router with the external modem) is much slower than you would get from a broadband connection. At this point, the PCs (on your LAN) will all just see the internet as "always on", so you can forget about DUN ("dial up networking") for good!
