Check to see if your dialtone has returned. Keep in mind, DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. I strongly suggest you DO NOT try this if you have currently active service on your ATA186. Since I cancelled my Vonage line, I have no way of verifying if this procedure for restoring the service will work or not. Hope this helps anyone that was curious as to how to do it.
